License agreement for commercial use
Every file on the site includes personal and small business commercial use. This means as the buyer you are the only person that can use this file to complete a physical product (i.e. mugs, shirts, signs).
Buyers are not to resell, share or modify digital files in any way. This includes changing the file type and reselling as a sublimation file.
Buyers are not to use my designs to sell on any print-on-demand sites.
Due to the electronic nature of these files, there are no refunds. However, if you have an issue please message me and it can be handled on a case-by-case basis.
With the increase of new trademark applications - buyers are responsible for researching trademarks on all items created to sell with my designs. By purchasing any file on this site, you are taking on the responsibility for any trademark infringements resulting from items created with my designs.
